Location: Insight Global Hyderabad Delivery Center, Hyderabad, India (Onsite, 5 days/week)

We are seeking a Technical Lead / Lead Developer - Full Stack to provide hands-on technical leadership for enterprise applications supporting network automation and operational workflows. This individual will lead day-to-day development activities, mentor developers, and work closely with architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development activities across front-end and back-end application components.
- Design and develop React applications, Java Spring Boot services, and REST APIs.
- Translate technical designs and architecture requirements into implementable solutions.
- Review code, enforce engineering standards, and ensure development best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and solution approaches.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Partner with QA and DevOps teams to support testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution efforts.
- Contribute to application modernization and performance optimization initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of software development experience with full stack technologies.
- Strong expertise in React, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices development.
- Experience leading development teams and coordinating delivery across multiple contributors.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and application data modeling.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.
- Robust knowledge of software engineering best practices, code reviews, and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.
