Technical Lead – Digital Manifacturing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack Engineering to join our team working on Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 solutions for manufacturing clients.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical professional who can understand business and manufacturing requirements, design practical technical solutions, contribute to development, and guide the engineering team in delivering scalable production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of web-based Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Understand business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and implementation plans.

Take ownership of technical delivery from requirement understanding through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Develop and review scalable, maintainable, and production-ready applications.

Provide technical guidance to developers and conduct code/design reviews.

Identify technical challenges and provide practical solutions to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Participate in client discussions and explain technical approaches, limitations, dependencies, and solutions.

Estimate technical effort, identify dependencies, and contribute to project planning.

Ensure development standards, coding practices, security, and quality guidelines are followed.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support the team in resolving production challenges.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers while remaining actively involved in development.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Express.js.

Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.





Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.

Working knowledge of Python and Django is preferred.

Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, cloud environments, and deployment practices.

Understanding of system design, API design, database design, scalability, and application security.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Exposure

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of software development experience with significant experience in a technical leadership role.

Robust hands-on coding and problem-solving ability.

Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.

Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables and drive them to completion.

Strong understanding of end-to-end software development and production deployment.

Ability to work directly with clients and understand real-world business requirements.

Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Someone who can balance technical depth, delivery requirements, and business objectives.

This is a hands-on Technical Lead role. We are looking for candidates who continue to contribute technically and are comfortable working on architecture, development, debugging, and technical problem-solving rather than candidates focused primarily on people management or project coordination.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
