Role: Technical Team Lead - DB & Front End

Job Summary: Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding technical direction, overseeing development processes, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality software solutions on time. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the successful execution of projects.

The Tech

Lead will mentor team members, set coding standards,



and make critical technical decisions to ensure that the product aligns with both business objectives and Technical best practices.

Role & responsibilities:

Drive achievement of budgeted revenue targets by ensuring effective project execution, resource utilization, and timely delivery of committed outcomes.

- Improve productivity by optimizing revenue per person through better planning, workload distribution, and effective utilization of approved headcount.
- Engage directly with customers/clients to collect feedback on deliverables, understand expectations, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize features, clarify requirements, and ensure the team focuses on the right business and customer priorities.
- Ensure predictable and timely project delivery by tracking milestones, monitoring progress, removing blockers, and maintaining minimum 95% milestone adherence.
- Lead the team in technical execution, task allocation, solution design, code reviews, integration testing, release readiness, and production support activities.
- Strengthen quality governance by ensuring proper testing, review mechanisms, release quality, and reduction of QA leakage and production defects.
- Own customer issue resolution by ensuring quick response, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure of customer issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Maintain high standards of code quality by monitoring SonarQube parameters such as code smells, technical debt ratio, security vulnerabilities, duplication percentage, and unit test coverage.
- Drive productivity improvement through AI adoption, automation, reusable components, CI/CD practices,



and improved development methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, internal processes, quality standards, and documentation requirements with a focus on zero non-conformities and minimal negative audit observations.
- Identify and implement continual improvement and innovation initiatives in process improvement, test automation, reusable frameworks, internal tools, performance improvement, cost optimization, and feature enhancement.
- Complete performance appraisal, goal setting, and mid-year review activities for team members within the defined timelines.
- Identify training needs of team members, support preparation of training calendars and annual training plans, and ensure completion of required training programs.
- Develop team capability through upskilling, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and identification of next line talent for critical responsibilities. • Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, customer centricity, process discipline, continuous improvement, and result orientation within the team.
