Technical Execution Head

Job Summary

We're hiring a Technical Execution Head to manage technical project execution activities, site teams and project coordination.

The role will be responsible for planning, monitoring and completing security systems and technology integration projects according to the agreed project scope, technical requirements, timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Manage execution of CCTV, surveillance, networking, access control, AV and command centre projects.
- Plan project manpower, materials, equipment and site activities.
- Review BOQs, technical drawings, layouts, specifications and scope of work.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors and technology partners.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors and technicians and allocate work as required.
- Conduct site surveys and support installation planning.
- Monitor installation, testing, configuration, commissioning and handover activities.
- Track project progress and coordinate with relevant teams to address delays or site issues.
- Coordinate with OEMs and technical teams for product support and troubleshooting.
- Check that installations are completed according to approved drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Maintain project records, progress reports, checklists, testing documents and handover documents.
- Monitor project quality and coordinate closure of pending site activities and observations.
- Provide regular project updates to management.
- Support technical assessment and execution planning for new projects when required.
- Follow applicable company, project and safety procedures.
- Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills





- Experience with CCTV and IP surveillance systems.
- Knowledge of NVR/VMS, security systems and related equipment.
- Understanding of networking, switches, structured cabling and fibre connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of IP addressing, VLAN, PoE and routing/switching.
- Knowledge of access control, AV/PA systems and command centre solutions.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, layouts and SLDs.
- Experience in system testing, troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- AutoCAD or project management software knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and team management skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related technical field.

Experience

- 6–12 years of relevant experience in technical project execution, ELV, security systems, system integration or infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing site engineers, technicians or project execution teams.
- Previous experience in a team lead or project management role is preferred.
- Experience handling large-scale projects or projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
