Role Description The Technical Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day technical operations within client facilities, including monitoring building systems, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

The Technical

Executive will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs, and support compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves identifying opportunities for operational improvements, assisting in planning preventive maintenance schedules,



and providing technical support during facility audits or client reviews.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of building services and facility management practices, including operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors, manage work orders, and track completion of technical tasks.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, and minimizing downtime.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and facility management tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Knowledge of safety standards, statutory compliance, and best practices related to facility operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and service providers.
- Diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical field; experience in facility management or building operations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
