We are looking for a energetic Delivery Manager to bridge the gap between software development and successful client implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in software development combined with a proven ability to manage project lifecycles, handle customer expectations, and meet rigorous deadlines.

A key part of the role involves active customer engagement, understanding client requirements, and preparing compelling project proposals tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Deeply understand the architecture and functionality of the software to effectively communicate technical requirements and constraints to both developers and clients.

Prepare, develop, and present comprehensive project proposals, including scope,

timelines, budgets, and benefits, tailored to customer initiatives.

Lead end-to-end project planning, from initial scope definition to final deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering,

security, and compliance to meet customer requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, schedule, and resource constraints.





Ability to handle customer expectations, escalations and be the SPOC to close crucial deals.

Act as a bridge between customer needs and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.

8+ years of experience in program/project management within software development in a service driven setup is a big plus.

Proven experience managing customer engagements, developing project proposals, and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, data APIs, and system integration.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and adapt to evolving customer requirements.

Preferred Skills

Experience in preparing technical and commercial project proposals.

Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments.
