We are an 80-year-old U.S.-based technical consulting firm. We are developing professional online courses and certificate programs in acoustics, noise and vibration control, applied physics, and related technical fields.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Specialist to work directly with our senior technical experts. The experts will develop the technical course content; your role will be to research, edit, organize, illustrate, and professionally present that material.

Key Responsibilities

- Research technical topics using credible academic and professional sources.
- Edit technical content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and professional presentation.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations from technical material provided by experts.
- Create and improve technical graphics, diagrams, illustrations, charts, and tables.
- Prepare and format course notes and supporting documents in Microsoft Word.
- Use Excel for calculations, charts, tables, and data presentation.
- Assist with examples, exercises, quizzes, references, and supporting course material.
- Use AI and modern productivity tools effectively for research, editing, graphics, and content preparation.
- Work directly with senior technical professionals through review and revision.

Qualifications

- Bechler, master’s or higher degree in Physics or Applied Physics preferred.



Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or closely related technical disciplines will also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant skilled experience.
- Strong understanding of physics, particularly waves, frequency, energy, measurement, and basic mathematics.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong technical editing ability.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with good Excel skills.
- Strong technical research skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop professional technical graphics and visual presentations.
- Ability to understand technical information and communicate it clearly without changing its technical meaning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, technical illustration, video editing, MATLAB Python, e-learning, or AI-assisted content tools is an advantage.

Working Hours

You will be working with Technical Expert based in US and often travels to different time zones. There the working schedule will be US Pacific time (India Nights) mainly along with adjustments to other time zones as required.

Travel

This is a Hybrid position, and Candidates must be willing to travel Jalandhar, Punjab, while the Technical Expert is in India.
