Brief Description Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Technical Owner to take end-to-end technical ownership of a business-critical application, currently Tempo – ESP Global Services' Workforce Management System .

The role covers design, development, security, integrations, deployment, production support and continuous enhancement across backend, web, mobile and database layers. This is an individual-contributor role requiring strong hands-on coding and technical ownership rather than people management.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the application architecture, design, development and technical roadmap.
- Develop and maintain .NET/C# backend APIs, React web applications and mobile applications.
- Design and maintain databases, APIs and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Own application security, authentication, SSO, RBAC and vulnerability remediation.
- Manage cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and production releases.
- Personally troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across the technology stack.
- Manage mobile releases for Android/iOS and ensure application performance and reliability.
- Work with business, Finance, Payroll and other stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Maintain architecture, API, data-flow and operational documentation.




- Take ownership of other applications/platforms assigned by ESP in the future.

Requirements

- 8+ years of software engineering experience with robust hands-on delivery.
- Strong C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework and SQL Server experience.
- Strong React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS skills.
- Hands-on Android/iOS or React Native development experience.
- Experience with Azure, CI/CD, GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps and application monitoring.
- Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, SSO, RBAC and secure coding practices.
- Experience with mobile location services, geofencing and offline/sync capabilities is desirable.
- Strong production support, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable experience owning and supporting a live production application end-to-end.
- Strong ability to work independently and take full technical accountability for an application.
