We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in the Banking domain, data modelling, SQL/PL SQL, ETL and data analysis. The candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements and translating them into effective technical data solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL / PL SQL
- 5.5 to 7 years of overall experience
- Experience in the Banking domain
- Strong understanding of Data Modelling
- Experience with ETL
- Knowledge of Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Models
- Experience in Data Lineage and Source-to-Target Mapping
Good to Have
- Experience working in Unix / Linux environment
- Wholesale Banking product/domain knowledge
- Data Profiling

- Robust understanding of data management practices
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into sustainable data model and technical solutions
- Design and document conceptual, logical and physical data models
- Prepare and maintain end-to-end Data Lineage documentation
- Perform source-to-target mapping including complex transformations
- Conduct data profiling and data gap analysis
- Work closely with developers and testers during development and testing
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements
- Support the Module Lead and work effectively as part of the team
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations
- Demonstrate strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills
- Work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, testers and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of banking/wholesale banking processes will be preferred
Important: Only profiles with 5.5 to 7 years of experience should be considered. Profiles with more than 7 years of experience should not be shared, as the requirement is specifically for U3 Band.
