Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in software architecture, full-stack development, eLearning, digital learning, AI, automation, and accessibility.

- The ideal candidate will be able to work across the complete technical lifecycle from understanding client requirements and designing solutions to guiding developers and getting involved in hands-on development and prototyping.

- You will be responsible for designing scalable, reusable, accessible, and cost-effective technology solutions for eLearning, interactive content, educational applications, digital publishing, and content-centric platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Architecture &
- Solution Design

- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for eLearning, digital learning platforms, web applications, and interactive content.

- Analyze business and learning requirements and translate them into technical architecture and solution designs.

- Select appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party integrations.

- Prepare architecture diagrams, technical specifications, prototypes, technical approaches, and effort estimates.

- Review existing applications and recommend modernization, optimization, performance improvements, and reusable frameworks.

- Conduct technical and design reviews and provide guidance to development teams.

- Establish and promote software development best practices.

- Full-Stack Development

- Provide technical leadership across front-end and back-end development.

- Work with or guide teams using technologies such as:

o JavaScript / TypeScript o HTML5 / CSS3

o React / Angular / Vue.js o Node.js o Python o Java o .NET / ASP.NET Core

- Design and integrate REST APIs, databases, authentication, cloud services, and third-party APIs.

- Ensure proper implementation of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, deployment, and monitoring.

- Participate in hands-on development, proof-of-concepts, and technical problem solving when required.

- eLearning &
- Digital Learning Technology

- Architect solutions for custom eLearning, digital learning objects, assessments, simulations, games, interactive activities, multimedia, and educational web applications.





- Work with learning standards and technologies such as:

o SCORM o xAPI / Tin Can o LTI o LMS / LXP integrations o HTML5 learning applications

- Design reusable components and frameworks for:

o Interactive learning o Assessments and quizzes o Scoring and progress tracking o Branching scenarios o Simulations o Games and gamification o Multimedia interactions

- Design and develop custom HTML5/web-based video, audio, animation, and learning players.

- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools is an advantage.

- AI &
- Automation

- Identify opportunities to improve eLearning and digital content production using AI, automation, APIs, and scripting.

- Design AI-assisted workflows for:

o Content transformation o Metadata generation o Assessment and question generation o Accessibility remediation o Automated QA/testing o Localization o Asset processing o Content analysis and reporting

- Work with Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and workflow orchestration.

- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI and automation technologies.

- Design human-in-the-loop workflows that combine AI automation with expert review and quality control.

- Evaluate recent AI technologies and identify practical opportunities for improving productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

- Accessibility

- Apply accessibility principles throughout the design and development lifecycle.

- Strong practical knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / WCAG 2.2 AA.

- Experience with:

o Semantic HTML o ARIA o Keyboard accessibility o Focus management o Screen readers o Accessible forms o Color and contrast o Accessible multimedia o Accessible interactive learning content

- Knowledge of Section 508, PDF/UA, VPAT, and ACR is an advantage.

- Pre-Sales Solutioning

- Participate in client discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, discovery workshops, RFPs,



and RFIs.

- Understand client requirements and develop appropriate technical solution approaches.

- Prepare: o Solution architecture o Technical proposals o Architecture diagrams o Technical assumptions o Implementation plans o Estimates o Technology recommendations

- Present technical solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Work with business and delivery teams to balance quality, accessibility, functionality, timeline, scalability, automation, and cost.

- Support technical responses for large-scale digital learning and eLearning opportunities.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- 10+ years of software development experience, including significant experience in Technical Architecture / Solution Architecture.

- Strong hands-on full-stack development experience.

- Experience in one or more areas such as eLearning, Digital Learning, EdTech, Educational Technology, Digital Publishing, or Content Management.

- Strong understanding of:

o Web application architecture o REST APIs o Databases o Cloud technologies o Authentication o Third-party integrations o Application security

- Experience designing or developing interactive learning applications, games, simulations, assessments, or multimedia applications.

- Practical experience with automation, scripting, and AI-assisted workflows.

- Strong understanding of WCAG and accessible software development.

- Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS/LXP integrations, or similar learning technologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on when required.
