Job Title: Tech Support Intern

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Working Days: 5 Days working ( 2 Rotational week-off )

Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

We are looking for a Tech Support Intern who is passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to databases, APIs, debugging, and technical support processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues faced by users and internal teams.
- Write basic SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
- Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Analyze API requests, responses, and logs to identify errors.
- Use browser developer tools for debugging and issue investigation.
- Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.




- Support technical teams in improving application performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Recent graduate or final-year student in:
- Computer Science
- B.Tech / BE (CS, IT, or related fields)
- BCA / MCA
- Engineering or related computer fields
- Good knowledge or exposure to SQL (queries, joins, filtering, aggregations).
- Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, and application workflows.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Must have a personal laptop for internship work.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
