- Provide technical support to customers/users through phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, system, and application-related issues.
- Identify and resolve technical problems within defined timelines.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Assist users with login, password, application, connectivity, and basic system issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Support basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and connectivity.
- Follow company IT policies, security procedures, and support processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
