- Architect and develop complex, high-performance web applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and related modern technologies.
- Build interactive front-end workflows with React Flow, integrating dynamic node-based visual editors and data-driven flows.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
- Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs with optimized backend performance.
- Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and effective storage and caching solutions.
- Hands-on experience with React.js workflows like Flux, Redux, React Query, and Create React App.
- Deep understanding of React fundamentals—JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, hooks, and state management.
- Work with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js for SEO and performance optimization.
- Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code across both client and server-side components.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Node.js, React.js, and Next.js trends, features, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain all server-side network components using Node.js and Express.js.
- Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of applications,



integrating with front-end and external APIs seamlessly.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth integration and timely delivery.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce clean coding standards.
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, API guides, and knowledge-sharing resources.

Must Have Skills

- 5+ years of professional experience in Node.js and React.js development, working on scalable production-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of React Flow for building interactive diagrams, node-based workflows, or process visualizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ES6+, TypeScript, and advanced JavaScript OOP principles.
- Strong understanding of Next.js for SSR, routing, data fetching, and application structure.
- Deep knowledge of React concepts, hooks, component optimization, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, HTML, CSS, and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or SVN).
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proficiency with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Gulp, or Rollup.js.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and DOM manipulation.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging ability across client and server contexts.
