Position Overview

We are looking for experienced tech faculty to conduct certification sessions for our MBA, MCA, and BBA/BCA/B.Com students, on a contract, per-hour basis. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in one or more technical/business tools and be able to deliver practical, industry-relevant training to students across semesters.

Key Responsibilities

Session Delivery: Conduct certification training sessions for one or more of the listed subjects, tailored to student skill level and semester.

Curriculum Alignment:



Deliver content in line with Habbinson's certification structure and learning outcomes for each subject.

Student Engagement: Ensure students grasp practical, tool-based skills through hands-on exercises, demos, and assignments.

Coordination: Work with the Habbinson team on scheduling, session planning, and any required pre-session preparation.

- Basic Excel / Advanced Excel
- Tableau & Power BI
- Advanced Digital Marketing
- Investment Banking
- HR Analytics
- Ethical Hacking (Level I & II)

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on working knowledge of the subject(s) applied for

Ability to simplify tools/concepts for students encountering them for the first time

Comfortable with practical, demo-driven teaching (not purely theoretical)

Soft Skills

Clear communication and presentation skills

Patience and adaptability with varied student skill levels

Punctuality and reliability for scheduled sessions

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field (Commerce, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related)

Experience

Prior training/teaching experience preferred

Practicing professionals with solid domain expertise and good communication skills are also welcome to apply
