Role Description This full-time Tech Engineer role is an on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Tech

Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing application performance, and contributing to code reviews and documentation. The role may involve working across various technology stacks, supporting integration with cloud and DevOps workflows, and participating in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

The Tech

Engineer will also assist in evaluating new tools and technologies to improve development processes and solution reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in software development and programming (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, or similar languages), with experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.




- Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization) to support deployment and operations.
- Understanding of data engineering and application architecture concepts (e.g., databases, APIs, system design) to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and infrastructure basics (e.g., testing frameworks, version control, monitoring tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing projects is an advantage, along with exposure to agile methodologies and project-based work.
