- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer enquiries, and follow-up status.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and review team performance.
- Assist sales consultants in closing vehicle sales and handling customer negotiations.
- Ensure all customer enquiries are attended to promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom walk-ins and retail sales.
- Monitor booking, delivery, and documentation processes to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and exchange departments to maximize revenue.
- Ensure all CRM activities, customer follow-ups, and test drives are updated accurately.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
