The Recruitment Team Leader is responsible for handling a team of recruiters who are sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various IT positions within the company. The role involves building relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The TL will also work on improving recruitment processes and collaborating on talent strategies.

:

- Work closely with Department Heads and Management to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Manage the interview process, coordinate interviews,



and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT and Non IT openings.
- Utilize recruitment tools and systems to track candidates and recruitment metrics.
