Role Description The Team Leader – Admissions (UG Department) is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees the end-to-end admissions process for undergraduate programs, including managing inquiries, guiding prospective applicants, and ensuring timely application review and follow-up.

The Team

Leader will lead and mentor an admissions team, set performance goals, and maintain high standards of customer service and communication with students, families, schools, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating admission events, information sessions, and counseling interactions, collaborating with academic and curriculum teams to align messaging, analyzing admissions data and conversion metrics, and recommending improvements to recruitment strategies and processes.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, ensuring adherence to institutional policies, and representing Masters' Union professionally at on-campus and external outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and understanding of higher education admissions processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with prospective learners, guardians, and institutional partners.
- Experience with Curriculum Development or academic program awareness to accurately present UG offerings and value propositions.
- Demonstrated Customer Service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and a positive applicant experience.
- Proven Educational Leadership capabilities, including team management, mentoring, and performance oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree in education, management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Experience in admissions, counseling, or student recruitment in an academic or training institution preferred.
- Ability to work with data and CRM/admissions tools to track pipelines, conversions, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Commitment to inclusive, unbiased admissions practices and a learner-centric approach.
