Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Team Leader – B2B Motor Sales to lead a team of Relationship Managers and build strong business relationships with corporate clients, automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners . The role involves team leadership, business development, partner engagement, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with insurance companies for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers
- Develop and maintain strong partner relationships
- Drive B2B motor insurance business through dealers, brokers and channel partners
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular partner reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Support team training and performance improvement
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal operations teams
- Drive customer/partner retention and business growth




- Track market trends and competitor activities

Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in General Insurance Motor Sales or Motor Dealer Sales
- Strong knowledge of

Motor Insurance and the automobile dealer ecosystem
- Experience managing a sales/relationship management team
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Valuable understanding of the

Mumbai motor dealer market and RTO dynamics • Life Insurance experience is an added advantage, but

Motor Insurance experience is mandatory
