Travelust is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader (South India) to lead a team of tour consultants and oversee the sales and customer-handling process for South India travel packages.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Tour Consultants.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team sales targets.
- Allocate enquiries and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Support team members with complex or high-value customer enquiries.
- Review travel quotations, itineraries, pricing, and packages before confirmation when required.
- Develop customized tour packages across South India
- Identify opportunities for upselling, repeat bookings, referrals, and new business.
- Stay updated on South India destinations, hotels, attractions, travel trends,



and tourism products.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

- Previous experience managing or leading a team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of South India tourism and destinations.
- Proven ability to work toward and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of travel packages, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
