Job Summary

- We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional for the role of CRT - Term
- Insurance Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing policy issuance,
- client coordination, and end-to-end service support while ensuring a seamless customer
- experience throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle policy issuance processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with customers for timely collection and verification of required documents.
- Maintain and organize insurance-related records and documentation.
- Provide prompt assistance and ongoing support to clients throughout the policy term.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value of term life insurance products.
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and support them through
- underwriting procedures.
- Ensure effective two-way communication to address customer queries and service




- requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing and customer
- satisfaction.
- Deliver high standards of professionalism and service excellence at all times.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Positive coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience & Qualification

- Minimum 2 year of experience in Term Life Insurance.
- Prior experience in policy servicing, customer relationship management, or insurance
- coordination will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
