Working Days: Monday to Friday

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

About the Role

People Prime Worldwide is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Recruitment to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in IT Recruitment, C2H and FTE hiring, along with hands-on experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and POC management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT Recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
- Handle and drive C2H and FTE hiring based on business requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively coordinate with clients, POCs, candidates, and internal teams.
- Act as a key point of contact for recruitment-related discussions and requirements.
- Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies and support them in handling challenging requirements.
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and the recruitment team.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and policies.
- Stay updated with IT recruitment trends, market practices, and effective sourcing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment,



with experience in a Team Lead / Senior Recruiter role.
- Strong experience in C2H and FTE recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in team handling and team mentoring.
- Mandatory: Strong stakeholder management and client/POC handling experience.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining effective professional relationships.
- Strong understanding of IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Telecom industry experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with strong Domestic IT Recruitment experience.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in C2H and FTE requirements.
- Candidates with proven team-handling and stakeholder-management experience.
- Candidates who have handled clients/POCs and internal stakeholders independently.
- Candidates who can manage both individual recruitment responsibilities and team targets.
