Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in team handling/Team Lead roles
Experience in the Online Degree / UG-PG / Education vertical preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid team management and sales leadership abilities
Fluency in Marathi is mandatory for Pune location and Fluency in kannada is must for Bangalore location.

Manage, mentor, and drive a team towards business targets
Monitor team performance, conversions, and daily productivity
Support the team with sales strategies, counselling, and escalations
