Job Title: Team Lead Procurement (Dealer Auction Platform – DAP)

Location: Bengaluru - Koramangla

Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Lead – Procurement (Dealer Auction Platform – DAP) to drive vehicle procurement through dealer auctions and B2B sourcing channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in the automobile industry, strong operational excellence, dealer relationship management skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing procurement team to ensure consistent vehicle supply through auction platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage vehicle procurement through dealer auction platforms, B2B marketplaces, and channel partners to achieve procurement targets.
- Oversee end-to-end auction operations, including bidding coordination, vehicle allocation, pricing evaluation, and procurement TAT.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, auction partners, aggregators, and channel partners.
- Supervise and mentor a team of Evaluation Engineers and Procurement Associates, ensuring target achievement and process adherence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and auction performance to make data-driven procurement decisions.
- Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency, reduce TAT,



and improve vehicle conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Retail, Production, Finance, and Logistics teams for seamless onboarding and movement of procured vehicles.
- Ensure accurate documentation, auction compliance, and adherence to company policies during procurement transactions.

Key Requirements :

- 2 + yrs exp Experience in the Automobile Industry preferred, particularly in dealer auctions, B2B procurement, or vehicle sourcing.
- Strong understanding of dealer networks, auction platforms, and used vehicle pricing.
- Expertise in operations excellence and process optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to analyze procurement trends and auction data for business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, procurement systems, and auction management platforms is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and manage field operations when required.
