We're Hiring | Team Lead (International)

Location: Malad

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs

CTC: up to 6.50 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries and issues.
- Knowledge and understanding of NPS & BQM
- Oversee shrinkage management to minimize losses and optimize productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure seamless escalation processes for complex cases and maintain high levels of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
- Monitor KPIs such as AHT, SLA, and rostering to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

- At least 1 year experience as a Team Lead on paper
- Experience into BPO/ contact centre setting preferred.
- Experience working for International processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts
