Role Description The Team Lead | Last Mile is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing end-to-end last-mile delivery operations in the assigned area. The role involves managing delivery associates, planning daily routes, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The team lead will coordinate with hub and warehouse teams, resolve on-ground issues, manage escalations, and implement process improvements to optimize delivery efficiency and cost.

Daily tasks include tracking key operational metrics,



ensuring compliance with safety and company policies, conducting briefings and training sessions, and using logistics technology and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

- Operational leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising frontline staff and coordinating daily delivery activities.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities for handling delivery exceptions, customer issues, and on-ground challenges.
- Logistics and supply chain understanding, particularly in last-mile delivery processes, route planning, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with digital tools and logistics platforms for monitoring shipments, using dashboards, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with customers and partners.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on safety, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, courier, or logistics operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, operations, business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on operational requirements and be present on-site in Kozhikode.
