- Manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations at the assigned location.
- Supervise and coordinate with Delivery Executives for daily operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
- Track rider attendance, productivity and route allocation.
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly operational targets.
- Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Handle customer escalations and delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with Hub, Customer Support and other teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and process guidelines.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding of delivery executives.
