Work Mode : 4 days work from office & 1 Day work from home

Experience/Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in data science roles, 2 years of experience in leading team of 10 members or more
- Candidates must have 2 - 3 years of people management/team handling experience (Minimum 10 to 15 members).
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Advanced SQL skills including complex query design, performance tuning, and stored procedure development.
- Exposure in cloud-based solutions and Machine Learning
- Strong programming skills in Python / R;

Experience with ML libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

- Expertise in: Time-series analysis, Forecasting models, Anomaly detection, NLP etc.




- Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Qlik; Robust knowledge of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model optimization
- Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional modeling; ability to translate business processes into entities, facts, dimensions, and KPIs.
- Strong experience in end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle management, including model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, aligned with structured workflows used in analytics and CoE initiatives.
- Hands-on exposure to MLOps practices
- Core Data Analyst profiles with team handling experience
- Kindly don't share profiles from BI background.
