What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a Team Leader in Freight Brokerage (candidates from other LOBs will not be considered)

Strong, hands-on knowledge of both OTR and Drayage — mandatory An existing, strong book of business / customer base

Proven ability to generate new business and drive revenue growth

Leadership experience managing a brokerage team to hit performance targets
