Role Description The Team Lead Indirect Procurement will oversee end-to-end procurement activities for indirect categories such as facilities, services, IT, logistics, and office supplies, ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing. This full-time, in office role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving adherence to procurement policies and compliance standards.

The role includes leading a small procurement team, assigning priorities, reviewing purchase requests,



and monitoring vendor performance and service levels.

The Team

Lead will collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to forecast demand, optimize budgets, and identify opportunities for savings and process improvements. Regular reporting, data analysis, and contribution to procurement strategy and continuous improvement initiatives will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong indirect procurement and sourcing skills, including vendor selection, RFQs/RFPs, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in supplier relationship management, performance tracking, and risk mitigation in indirect categories.
- Ability to lead and develop a procurement team, delegate tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), with solid data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Sound understanding of procurement policies, compliance requirements, and cost-control practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B distribution environments is preferred.
