Key Responsibilities-

- Lead and manage a team to ensure timely delivery of assigned activities while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

- Ensures effective functioning of PV projects in compliance with client agreements and applicable regulations and guidelines.

- Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to ensure optimal resource utilization and achievement of project objectives.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, client expectations, and company policies.

- Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and status updates to management and clients.

- Manages quality, compliance, and documentation across PV projects.

- Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, and KPIs, and implement corrective actions when required

- Identifies current training and development requirements relevant to the function.

- Responds to and/or represents the department/function during audits and inspections.

- Manages and monitors the workload of the department/function and alerts the Functional Head/Designate regarding personnel management concerns or issues that may affect the quality and functioning of work, as assigned by Management.
