- Strategy Translation: Convert high-level company goals into daily/weekly actionable team targets and KPIs.
- Operations & Workflow: Oversee shift scheduling, task delegation, process efficiency, and quality assurance.
- People Management: Conduct performance reviews, deliver coaching, handle conflict resolution, and support onboarding.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Track metrics (TAT, SLA, output quality) and present progress reports to senior leadership.
- Compliance & Standards: Enforce company policies, safety rules, and industry accreditation standards (e.g., ISO, regulatory portals). [1, 2, 3]
