As a Teaching Fellow, you will play a critical role in supporting both instructional and administrative aspects of the programs. Your involvement will significantly contribute to maintaining academic rigour, improving student learning outcomes, and supporting faculty in delivering a high-quality learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in delivering CTLC’s Communication and Research courses.
- Support curriculum design and course development.
- Conduct rigorous research to support course content and development.
- Conduct tutorials and coordinate tutorial-track operations.
- Manage grading, submissions, and Moodle records.
- Support student tracking and intervention initiatives.
- Undertake other responsibilities related to student engagement and course requirements.

Preferred Skills and Education:

Master's in any discipline with excellent communication skills, academic acumen and student engagement skills.
