TCS hiring for CMDB & Configuration management

Location: Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore

Experience: 6-10

Must have:

Configuration Management, ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, CSDM

- 5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong exposure to Configuration Management and ServiceNow CMDB.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB module, CI classes, relationships, attributes, and data model concepts.
- Good understanding of ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset/Configuration Management.
- Experience with CMDB governance, data quality management, CI lifecycle controls, and audit readiness.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), duplicate CI handling, and reconciliation rules.
- Experience in discovery data validation, integration support, transform maps, import sets, and data loading processes.
- Good understanding of infrastructure domains such as Windows, Linux, VMware, Network, Storage, Database, and Cloud platforms.
- Robust documentation, communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
