Tally Trainer

Location: Ballabhgarh, Haryana

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 CTC per month

Organization: Udayan Care – Skilling & Livelihood Program

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Tally Trainer to train youth in Tally and accounting-related skills and support them towards employment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver practical and engaging training on Tally, accounting, GST and related concepts.
- Conduct hands-on sessions and assess learners' progress.
- Mentor and guide youth to improve their employability skills.
- Support mobilisation activities to identify and engage potential beneficiaries.
- Provide placement support, including job readiness, interview preparation and coordination with employers.
- Maintain learner records, attendance and training-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the centre team to achieve enrolment, training and placement targets.





Eligibility:

- Graduate/Diploma with relevant knowledge of Tally & Accounting.
- Prior experience as a Tally Trainer preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate youth.
- Experience in mobilisation and/or placement support will be an advantage.
