We are hiring a Telecaller who will be responsible for managing leads generated through digital marketing platforms such as IndiaMART, JustDial, and Instagram, and converting them into confirmed orders. The role requires daily calling, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team to ensure smooth lead-to-order conversion.

Key responsibilities.

- Manage and respond to leads received through IndiaMART, JustDial, and Instagram on a daily basis
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to understand their requirements
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Maintain an updated record of all leads, calls, and conversion status
- Coordinate with the sales/production team for order processing once a lead is converted
- Handle basic customer queries related to products, pricing, and availability




- Share regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions with management
- Ensure a professional and courteous approach on every call to maintain brand image
- Make outbound calls to leads, dealers, distributors, and prospective customers to generate business enquiries
- Explain product range, pricing, and offers clearly to prospects over phone calls
