Role & responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end global recruitment across US, UK, EMEA, APAC, and Canada.
2. Handle sourcing and screening of candidates for international positions.
3. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
4. Coordinate interviews and selection processes across different time zones.
5. Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
6. Act as Team Lead/Acting Team Lead and support day-to-day recruitment operations.
7. Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening, and challenging requirements.
8. Monitor recruitment targets, SLAs, TAT, and team performance.
9. Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
10. Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and completion of recruitment documentation.
