About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across corporate roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process efficiently, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with our employer brand.

The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute recruitment plans effectively. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification, with an MBA preferred.



They should have between 5 to 8 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, particularly in sourcing and recruiting for non-IT corporate roles within the BFSI domain. Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various sourcing channels, including digital platforms, talent networks, and headhunting techniques, is essential.

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. A result-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and presentation skills are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Own and drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for corporate roles.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects the company's employer brand and values.
- Leverage digital sourcing strategies, social media platforms, and talent networks to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
