Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner – Part-Time / Project Based

Hakke Industries is looking for an experienced and highly responsive Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner who can support us in closing multiple positions across Sales, Engineering, Projects, Manufacturing, Operations, HR and other functions.

This is not a conventional full-time HR position. We are looking for someone who can work independently, move quickly and take complete ownership of recruitment coordination from the time a requirement is assigned until the selected candidate reaches the offer stage.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the and candidate profile required for every position.
- Immediately start sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri and other appropriate recruitment platforms/networks.
- Source and screen relevant candidates quickly.
- Share shortlisted candidate profiles with our management/team in an organised format.
- Follow up with management for profile shortlisting.
- Contact shortlisted candidates and explain the opportunity.
- Check candidate interest, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, location and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Hakke Industries.
- Arrange online interviews through Teams/Zoom/Google Meet whenever required.
- Ensure meeting links, candidate details and interview schedules are communicated properly.
- Follow up with candidates after every interview round.
- Coordinate second/final interview rounds wherever required.
- Maintain proper recruitment status and follow-up records for every open position.
- Collect necessary candidate information/documents once the candidate is selected.
- Coordinate with the company's HR/management team for offer processing.




- Follow up with the selected candidate until the offer letter is issued and acknowledged.

Offer letter preparation and issuance will be handled internally by Hakke Industries.

What We Expect

We are specifically looking for someone who is:

- Extremely rapid in sourcing profiles.
- Strong in LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing.
- Experienced in recruitment coordination.
- Comfortable speaking with senior as well as junior candidates.
- Strong in follow-up and communication.
- Highly organised and disciplined.
- Able to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Available during reasonable working hours for candidate/interview coordination.
- Comfortable working directly with senior management.

Expected Turnaround For every new requirement assigned:

Within 24 hours: Initial relevant profiles should start coming in.

Within 48–72 hours: A strong shortlist/pipeline should be available for most positions.

Recruitment should not remain pending because of lack of follow-up or coordination.

- B2B Sales
- Factory / Plant Operations
- Technical and Corporate Positions

Engagement Model

This can be structured as:

- Part-time engagement
- Monthly freelance retainer
- Assignment/project-based engagement

We are open to discussing the appropriate commercial arrangement depending upon the candidate's experience and availability.

Important

This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of recruitment execution.

Once a manpower requirement is assigned, the management team should primarily be required only for:

Profile Shortlisting → Interviews → Selection Decision The Talent Acquisition Partner should manage the remaining coordination and follow-up independently until the offer stage.
