We are looking for an energetic and organized HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Administration to support our end-to-end recruitment activities along with day-to-day HR and administrative coordination.

WE ARE HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE – TALENT ACQUISITION & HR OPERATIONS

Location: Orbit, Plot No 30/C, Sy No 83/1, Hyderabad Knowledge City Raidurg Panmaktha, Serilingampally Mandal, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032.

Experience: Minimum 2+years

Industry: Manufacturing / Renewable Energy

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition across various functions and locations, along with supporting onboarding, HR administration, employee documentation, MIS, and day-to-day HR operations.

The role involves regular interaction with candidates, employees, hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment partners.

Key Responsibilities• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, technical, sales, corporate, and support positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening




- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Coordinate salary discussions, offers, documentation, and joining formalities
- Track selected candidates until joining and manage offer dropouts/no-shows
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, employee documentation, ID cards, access, email IDs, and assets
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and MIS
- Track open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, joining, and position closures
- Support employee engagement, employer branding, walk-ins, job fairs, and campus recruitment
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and agencies whenever required

Qualifications• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred

- Graduates with relevant HR recruitment experience may also be considered

Experience• Minimum 2+years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

- Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, EPC, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries is +
- Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously is desirable
