Key Responsibilities

- Mobilise 50 to 100 site personnel within 24 hours to one week.
- Recruit welders, fitters, fabricators, riggers and helpers for piping, insulation and structural-steel works.
- Recruit refinery-experienced site engineers, quality engineers, HSE/safety officers and senior site managers.
- Maintain a ready manpower pool for urgent project requirements.
- Manage deployment, documentation, onboarding, travel and site joining.
- Develop incentive and retention plans to achieve site-production targets.
- Ensure manpower quality and mobilisation commitments meet client expectations.

Mandatory Requirements

- Prior recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas or Biogas industry.
- Strong network of refinery-experienced technical and blue-collar personnel.




- Robust manpower network across North India preferred.
- Active, practical and open-minded professional willing to visit project sites across India.
- Proven ability to handle urgent, large-scale site mobilisation.

Travel: Pan-India site visits for 23 days per month
