Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and source relevant candidate
- Us e Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & internal databas es for sourcin
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interview
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-up
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle fro m sourcing to joini n
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful closure
- Maintain candidate data and meet monthly hiring target

Requirement
- 1–3 years of experience i n Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Staffing / Consultancy
- Strong sourcing and screening skill
- Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedI
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Target-oriented with solid follow-up and closure abilitie
- IT/Technical recruitment experience preferre
