KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business functions

Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent

Handle hiring for Sales and other corporate/business functions

Collaborate with international teams and global stakeholders

Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer closures

Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience

Plant/Manufacturing-site TA profiles will not be considered

Experience hiring for Sales & other corporate/business functions

Prior experience working with international/global teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and confidently interact with global stakeholders
