We are looking for a Talent Acquisition MDM professional with experience in blue-collar hiring, SAP HCM, employee master data management, and HR Operations.Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Manage employee master data and lifecycle transactions in SAP HCM.
- Support Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes and HR Operations.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, dashboards, SOPs and audit records.
- Handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and within timelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:
- SAP HCM & Hire-to-Retire

Candidate should have exp in AP HCM, Talent Acquisition, Employee Data Management, Hire-to-Retire , MIS & Reporting, Recruitment Coordination, Process Automation, Statutory Compliance Qualification- Any graduates Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)
