We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to manage end to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and interview coordination along with the ability to drive hiring processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interview scheduling and candidate closure.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment channels.

- Screen and assess candidate profiles based on role requirements.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:

- Understanding of Talent Acquisition experience.

- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, with stronger exposure to non-technical recruitment.

- Experience working in quick-paced hiring environments and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills-

- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities across various hiring channels.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Soft Skills-

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
