ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of the manufacturing/machinery industry, and the ability to build a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads (Engineering, Production, Sales, Service) to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), employee referrals, campus drives, and consultants.




- Build and maintain a solid pipeline for technical roles (mechanical/electrical/mechatronics engineers, service engineers) as well as sales and support functions.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation offers in line with company salary bands and market benchmarks.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report to management.
- Manage vendor/consultant relationships and manpower agency coordination.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and coordinate joining formalities with HR operations.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, and job fairs.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and compliance with company hiring policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
