Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy to support current and future hiring needs.

- Align recruitment practices with the organization’s goals, culture, and growth plans.

- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in hiring.

- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.

- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Partner with business unit leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.

- Oversee full-cycle recruitment across functions including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.





- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Collaborate with marketing and HR to develop and promote the employer brand.

- Represent the company at external events, job fairs, and networking forums.

- Leverage recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficiency and compliance.

- Track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and present reports to management.

- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
