HR Talent Acquisition Executive – Recruitment & Consulting

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in Recruitment Consulting and hands-on experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT profiles . The ideal candidate should have excellent team handling, client handling, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Handle multiple recruitment requirements across different clients and industries.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle client communication , understand requirements, and maintain solid client relationships.
- Work closely with clients to understand JDs, hiring requirements, skill sets, and recruitment priorities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels .
- Screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of candidates.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support the team in achieving individual and team recruitment targets .

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Consulting .
- Experience in handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment .
- Prior experience in Team Handling / Team Management .
- Strong Client Handling and Client Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms .
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing / Executive Search / RPO / Talent Acquisition backgrounds will be preferred.
