Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates via job portals and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting roles.
- Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
