Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer processing, and timely closure of vacancies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition / Recruitment professional with hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Handle IT, Non-IT, Volume/Bulk, Managerial and Niche hiring across various functions.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/finalize Job Descriptions (JDs) with stakeholders.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases, consultants and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical/functional skills, experience, communication, notice period, compensation and role fit.
- Coordinate technical, functional, managerial and HR interview rounds and ensure timely feedback.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases for current and future requirements.
- Manage salary discussions, offer approvals, offer rollout and pre-joining follow-up to improve offer-to-join conversion.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined recruitment TAT/SLA while maintaining candidate quality.




- Prepare recruitment MIS and dashboards covering vacancies, pipeline, interviews, selections, offers, joining, TAT and source effectiveness.
- Track and control recruitment costs related to portals, consultants, advertisements and other hiring activities.
- Support recruitment drives, employee referrals, campus hiring and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, salary trends, emerging skills and recruitment best practices.
- Leverage ATS, recruitment technology and AI-based sourcing/screening tools to improve recruitment efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in volume hiring and managerial/niche recruitment will be an advantage.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with hands-on experience in Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of technical and functional candidate screening.
- Robust communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
- Experience with ATS / recruitment databases.
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and recruitment MIS/analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment tools is preferred.
- Target-oriented, proactive, analytical and capable of independently managing multiple requirements.

Qualification MBA or related degree in Human Resources.

Key Objective of the Role The Recruiter will strengthen the organization’s recruitment capability and support the growing demand for talent across various functions. The role will ensure timely closure of vacancies, build a strong talent pipeline, reduce dependency on external recruitment agencies, and improve overall recruitment turnaround time.
